While we strive to ensure timely delivery, The Big Sis Store cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or size exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

Refunds
